This timeframe allows us to verify your order details, prepare your items for shipment, and coordinate with our trusted suppliers. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Time:

As a dropshipping store, we partner with various suppliers globally to bring you the latest trending products. This means that shipping times can vary depending on the product and its origin.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: While we strive for speedy delivery, please allow approximately 7-21 business days for your order to arrive after it has been processed and shipped. This timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee due to factors outside of our direct control, such as supplier processing times, shipping carrier delays, customs procedures, and location.
  • Factors Affecting Shipping Time: Several factors can influence the delivery timeframe, including:
    • Product Location: Items may be shipped from different warehouses internationally.
    • Shipping Carrier: The specific carrier used for your order.
    • Customs Clearance: International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays.
    • Destination: Delivery times will vary based on your location.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will see the applicable shipping fees at checkout before you finalize your purchase. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to check our website for any current offers. 

 

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website (if tracking is available). Please allow a few business days for the tracking information to update. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses:

We currently do not offer shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. If you wish to ship items to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

While we take utmost care in packaging your order, unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, if confirmed lost, we will offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged items and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the damage and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. FLEEK STORE is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during the shipping process. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential charges.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address during checkout. If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. If the package is shipped to the incorrect address due to customer error, FLEEK STORE is not responsible for reshipping or refunding the order.
